My stay at Herods Tel Aviv By The Beach had its highs and lows. On one hand, the location was unbeatable with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. However, the service was hit or miss. while I had encounters with some incredibly helpful staff, I also experienced some frustrating moments, particularly with the spa. Overall, I left with mixed feelings about my experience.

I found the room to be clean and offered a nice view of the ocean. However, it felt somewhat dated with old carpets and walls that could use a fresh coat of paint. The bed was comfortable but the room was a bit cramped with the sofa bed open.
Service
6.0
While some staff, like Rina at the front desk and Raymond from housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, I had a disappointing experience at the spa. The staff there were rude and unhelpful, which soured the overall impression.

I had a mixed experience at Herods Tel Aviv By The Beach. On one hand, the location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront with easy access to the promenade. My family enjoyed the fantastic service and the comfortable beds in our rooms, which had beautiful views. However, I faced some significant issues with housekeeping and the overall condition of the hotel, which left much to be desired.

I had a somewhat mixed experience during my stay at Herods Tel Aviv. The location by the beach is fantastic, and the breakfast offered a wide variety, though the quality left something to be desired. The staff's friendliness was hit or miss; while some were accommodating, others were quite rude, which diminished my overall satisfaction. The rooms, although nicely renovated in the bathrooms, felt outdated and in need of more thorough updates.
Rooms
6.0
While the bathrooms are beautifully redone, the overall room decor is tired and requires serious attention to detail. My room suffered from outdated furniture and issues like a rusted balcony door and erratic Wi-Fi.
Service

Some staff members were friendly and helpful, such as the night manager; however, many at the front desk were dismissive and unhelpful, making my experience frustrating on occasion.
Location

The hotel's location is undeniably great, with stunning sea views and direct access to the beach. However, the awkward beach access detracted from the overall experience.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offered an abundance of food and a lovely setting, but the quality was underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. A takeaway option would have improved the experience for those with early tours.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel boasts numerous facilities, but the pool area lacks proper shading options like umbrellas, which was quite disappointing during my stay.
